All new Park Homes come with all UPVC lockable windows and doors and with an added bonus of living on a warden controlled park, theft on Park Home Estates are considered to be less common than on open housing estates. 


All new homes come with a Ten Year Gold Shield Manufacturers Guarantee so this gives you extra peace of mind. 


Once you have purchased a Park Home, you will be required along with the owner of the Park to sign an agreement. This agreement is bound by The Mobile Homes Act 1983 and gives you as a tenant and the owner that added security that rules are in place and must be abided by.

Yes, not more than one dog per household. Dogs must be kept under proper control (on a leash not more than one metre in length) while on the Park, one other pet per household, of a type which is commonly kept as a domestic pet in England.

Each home varies in cost depending on the design, size, plot location and location of the park. A good park for example in a good area of the country will offer more expensive homes than those that are in not such a favourable location.
